主要研究方向

新型DNA纳米材料的制备方法研究;核酸、蛋白质、小分子以及金属离子等物质的信号放大快速检测分析。

主要工作业绩

已取得的成果包括:1)构建了一系列制备一维,二维和三维DNA纳米材料的新策略;2)基于DNA纳米材料发展了一系列DNA可视化信号放大生物传感器;3)将DNA自我复制与信号放大技术相结合,实现了对核酸、蛋白质、小分子以及金属离子等物质的快速检测。
